I had some serious issues with my business computer and called around all the pc shops in the neighborhood. I of course took it to a shop that quoted me the lowest price. I dropped my computer off, did not feel totally at ease..the gentlemen signing me in did not seem to know much about what was going on. Anyhow, long story short less than 24 hrs later I was having the same issue I had in the first place..I called the shop that did the repair and they said they would look at it again and told me it would cost more to fix. So why was I not told in the first place. Obviously they missed something and this cost me time and was about to cost me more money. A friend of mine referred me to Computer Shop on Center street so I went. Man what a difference..this place is no showroom or anything but the owner that took care of me made me feel right at ease...he hooked my pc up immediately and brought me to the back and showed me exactly what was wrong and what the other guy missed in like 5 minutes..and there was no high tech talk I understood everything. I know he was back there with me for at least an hour amidst phones ringing and people coming in and out,.anyhow it was nice to feel important...the repair was made, the price may have been a little higher than the other guy but the service I got was priceless..he even talked me through hooking it back up and an issue I was having with my email when I got home...Love this place!!!! I will never go anywhere else...Thanks Computer Shop and thank you Jason for helping me get up and running again!!!
