I ordered from this company a year ago and was very pleased that the product they suggested actually fit my need perfectly. This week, I called to reorder and it turned out to be after closing time. The gentleman who answered the phone asked politely if he could call me back on Monday as they were closed. (I had not allowed for the time difference.) Not only was my call returned on Monday, my old invoice had already been located so the caller knew exactly what I needed. My product arrived on Wednesday. So refreshing to find someone who meets commitments and goes a step beyond to provide excellent customer service!
