Mack Molding is a supplier of contract manufacturing services and injection molded plastic parts to companies in the medical, commercial, computer and business equipment, transportation and large tonnage industries. Its specialties include plastics design, prototyping, molding, sheet metal fabrication and turnkey system assembly. Mack s client list includes small- and mid-sized companies, as well as Fortune 500 giants, such as Tyco Healthcare, IBM, Sun Microsystems, Kenworth Truck Company and Alcon. Mack Molding's northern operations, headquartered in Arlington, Vt., includes four injection molding facilities in Vermont and Massachusetts and a warehouse in Pownal, Vt. Its southern operations are comprised of two plants in Inman, S.C., and Statesville, N.C. The company has a total of approximately 950 employees. Founded in 1920, Mack Molding is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Mack Group Corporation, which also includes the Mack Technologies, Mack Design and Mack Prototype divisions.
