I have been a resident at this place for 3 years. The first year was fine but look for an increase every time you renew your lease. The mangament is horrible with a bad attitude, and that is including the hickory office. You also have to mail your payments into the Hickory office. They do charge you if your payments are mailed late. When I first came you could take your payments to the leasing office in Statesville but that has changed. The place is not a good place at all. If you are a non-smoker you can also smell smoke coming from the smokers below you or beside. The pool is small and the exercise room is a joke. Yes, they do provide you with satellite but every so often it goes out. When you renew your lease you do not get anything for renewing your lease. I know some apartment complex offer you a free carpent cleaning or others perks but not at this place. They also accepts section 8 occupants.
