Unprofessional, disorganized and some of their employees look like bums with no regard for their appearance. They lose their packages and don't update tracking for several days. I will never use their services again. *Notice that the last good review they had for this location was 2012 (that's 6 years ago). Very poorly run business.

Today has been the first time I can say I have been treated rude from this business. Myself along with a gentleman walked in and wasn't greeted at all by the employee her last name was Moore first was geena I do believe. The gentleman even mentioned to her about not even a smile. When it was my turn she was rude and inattentive to my needs and walked away as I asked her a question. Get rid of her Statesville.

I. Really like the service at this post office. Everyone is nice & helpful.

2. Just wish they were open on Saturday.

3. Their passport service is also great. They even got a good picture!
