Management has changed. Be aware that if you pay by debt/credit cards, you might get overcharged without being notified. Also, when you are in the middle of moving out of the storage building, the workers may just remove your stuff without notice, while you are still in your current monthly contract, before you have called the office to tell them you are completely moved out. My suggestion would be to go to Verona Mini Storage, their rates are more reasonable and you won't have to deal with thieves. Oh, and it's not open 24 hours a day, they are only open during the work day or on weekends, as the owner see's fit. So basically you have to make plans to get to your stuff.

I have rented units at this facility for years and have always had a good experience. the management is friendly and has always been willing to answer all questions that I have had.
