My Mother, who has dementia is a resident here. The staff is excellent to and with her. It is a small family- like ALF. The staff knows their residents. Everyone from administration to the ladies who prepare food are kind and attentive. I live out-of-state and I am so relieved to know I can call anytime and that she is cared for.

Staff sits and talks all day and they do not even check on the residents. They do not keep up with medications. Staff is lazy, and very, very unprofessional (swearing in front of guests and residents!) They need to hire more people with manners and who are more work-oriented.
