Can't understand how bland overcooked food rates such great reviews. If this is what was served in my home I would run away.

One of the neatest places to eat. Has some history. Like the downhome feel

They need to serve some Xanax to their servers in the morning with their coffee before they start work. Never will I return for this! Rudest people to be serving food!

We travel to Virginia several times a year and always eat at Rowes. We have full meals, quick stops for a slice of pie and we order our Thanksgiving meal from them. On the ride home our trunk is full of breads and pies to take home.

We have been going to Mrs. Rowes for overy 20 years. The pasteries alone would make the trip (We now live in Texas but visit family in Northern Virginia) worthwhile. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, the food is good home style cooking.

If you are looking for a place that reminds you of how things use to be this is the spot!!!! From its quaint days of old atmosphere to the tastes of how grandma use to make it, Rowes is a winner. It has a warm and inviting feeling that makes it feel like a trip to grandmas. When you order everything is made like you remember from when you were young. Remeber though not to fill up too much as you will want to leave room for their homemade pies. An enjoyable expirence.
