Great staff, he is a nice guy, but he doesn't listen to you. I lost a tooth because he didn't believe me when I said there was something wrong. He then insisted on pulling it when he found it cracked and didn't believe me when the painkiller wore off. He was working on it for over an hour because it had an extra root. I had nightmares for weeks. It bled profusely for twelve hours and nobody even called to check on me. I would never let a friend go here.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Malone last week and have to say I enjoyed the entire experience.His staff is very friendly and helpful, I needed clarification on an insurance issue and his front desk person spent 20 minutes with me to make sure I understood the process. Dr. Malone was kind, I didn't feel any pressure to buy anything. He was very gentle and thorough. I am very happy with my new dentist and am going to recommend him to all my family and friends!
