Provided by YP.comIn Steamboat Springs, the locals just call the city "The Boat". If you miss making a stop at Freshies Restaurant, you have REALLY missed the boat. The food and service are superb. All of the menu items are deliciously different from your average restaurant fare. Two notes: most directory listings say that they are closed after about 2:00PM but they are actually open for dinner during the summer months. Also, your mapping system or GPS will probably take you about 0.2 miles south of their actual location. They are located on the southwest corner of Lincoln (Hwy40) and Trafalgar St.

Provided by YP.comFreshies does a great job. Really good breakfast with all the traditional favorites. They serve real maple syrup! For lunch they have an incredible selection of salads, several soups, hot and cold sandwiches plus a variety of specialty burgers.
