We learned about Jon from a friend and are happy we asked. Jon took the time to ask us about our goals in selling our home, what we liked about living there, what is special about it and used that to communicate it's value.



He didn't just list our home and wait. He got us excellent photos & a video then used his "marketing powers" to make it stand out. It was fun to hear what he does to make it standout online. When it came time to negotiate he gave us the info / advice we needed to make a good decision then had a plan to help the agent / buyers get there.



We also bought our next home with Jon and appreciated how he advised us through the process, helped us find a great home and went the extra mile to make sure everything went well.



Just know that Jon cares, knows what he is doing on a different level and is someone you can trust.

Jon Wade was a huge help when I was looking for a new condo - he worked with me and helped me find something near my work, in my budget, and had all the things that I was looking for in it - even has its own laundry and garage.

I asked around and looked at reviews online to find some good to help us sell our property and find a new one that fit our needs for retirement. Jon has a great sense for marketing, what buyers are looking for and how to sell in this market. He got us a good price in a not so good market and handled a couple of difficult challenges. Since then he has been a savvy partner as we look for the right home. We love how he either knows they story on a home and predicts pretty well how we will like it. Haven't quite found the right one and he has never pushed us other than away from a bad choice.

Jon quickly became our trusted advisor, he knows the market and takes the time to explain it good and bad, works hard and took great care of us.

A pleasure to deal with. I found their website and liked that it let me me find what I needed quickly, after getting familiar with things for a month or so we were ready. I called and got Jon Wade on the phone. I liked that he spent time asking me about our goals, gave me some perspective on the market good and bad before even starting to talk about properties. We now have a great condo under contract and look forward to staying in it the first time over Christmas. Jon has been very patient, answers our questions thoughtfully and helped us find what we were looking for at a great deal. He has already introduced us to others in the condos and friends to ski with this winter.
