On March 7, 2014 I called, Ronnie Hall of Ronnies Septic Tank Service to come to my house and check out what I thought might be a sewage problem because water had the ground saturated behind my shop. He came and said indeed it was sewage and that a new line needed to be run for one of my bathrooms. The price was $1400.00 which I paid. The next day he had the work done. They pumped my tank and installed 200 feet of new line without gravel.

This new line didn’t help my problem at all in fact it just added another problem. After having the health department come out it was determined that it was not sewage after all behind my shop it was a drainage problem, so I didn’t even need that new $1400 line he installed. If that isn’t bad enough the first time I used the bathtub in that bathroom the waste water came straight out the end of the line. It didn’t seep out of the line at all. It now has washed a ditch out where it drains. I contacted him the next day which was 2 days after installation and he finally came out. He told me that he would come back and fix it with in a week and for me to just not use that bathroom. Well he has been giving me the run around promising to come week after week for over 4 months now.
