Provided by YP.comI have been taking my dogs and cats to County Line for over a decade. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The doctors are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t take my babies anywhere else!

Provided by YP.comMy dog is normally very nervous when coming to the vet and since this was our first visit here I was not knowing what to expect. They made him feel right at home. He was not nervous at all. I love how comfortable the vet and the vet tech made my boy feel! I'll Bennett go anywhere else!

Provided by YP.comI am so disappointed with this pet hospital. I came in with my adult daughter's kitten. They took the kitten away into a back room without me, which made me feel uncomfortable. Soon after taking her, they came back out to me with a billing statement for $130.00 and proceeded telling me how much money each test and the exam was going to cost. I asked about the kitten, how she was doing and they proceeded to tell me that the kitten was "failing", and could die if nothing was done. I told them to please understand this was not my kitten and the cost was very high, and to please proceed immediately with whatever they needed to do to save her, and to not run any additional tests that had nothing to do with keeping her alive. They told me she was dehydrated, had a lower body temp then normal and low glucose levels and I asked them to do whatever they needed to do to stabilize her for me. They assured me the kitten would be fine, they had injected her with fluids and had given her Karo syrup to bring up her glucose levels and told me I needed to do the same once she got home. Mind you all this time, they still had the kitten in the back room. Before bringing the kitten back out to me, they called the girl at the front desk and had asked me to make my payment. The girl at the front desk proceeded to ask me for payment, so I paid the bill. The phone rang again, and the girl said "yes everything is good on this end", and so they brought the kitten back out to me. The poor baby was now thrashing around in her blanket, and I said she looks worse now then she did when I brought her in. The doctor walked away, and before she could take another step, I asked if they could give me enough Karo syrup to hold me over until I was able to get some... which they gave me. The poor kitten passed away in my car within 5 minutes after leaving this office. I felt like they only cared about making money, more then they cared about trying to save her little life.

Provided by YP.comVERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE ADOPTION PROCESS. I FILLED OUT AN APPICATION TO ADOPT A 9 MONTH OLD PUPPY NAMED, "GHOST". I WAS TOLD I WOULD HEAR ROM THE HOSPITAL WITHIN 24 HOURS, BUT AFTER WAITING 24+ HOURS, I CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT "GHOST" ONLY TO BE INFORMED THAT AN EMPLOYEE IS INTERESTED IN HIM. HOW FAIR IS THAT? I ASKED. WE ARE GRIEVING THE DEATH OF OUR FAMILY PET AND NOW EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED THAT WE CANNOT ADOPT A PET THAT WE WERE VERY INTERESTED IN. IT IS NOT FAIR THAT EMPLOYEES SHOUD BE ALLOWED TO HAVE FIRST CHOICE. AGAIN VERY, VERY DIAPPOINTED.
