We believed a lying thieving tenant who stopped paying and was telling us empty promises. She used to be an apartment manager and knew all the law and we didn't. She even said it's ok if we lose the house because then she can live there for a while. But we spent too much on down payment and decided to hire Mr. Hetter to evict her and rent it out to paying tenants. He did everything right and we got the house back.

I was was served with eviction papers by manager, not by sheriffs or marshals. Then manager contacted me to speak with Me. Hetter. He assured me that he would speak directly to management, but all along just stalling me so I would not file an answer by the required date on their bogus summons. The papers were not signed by anyone or stamped thru the courts, no case number, but it did have a statement that read "IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND TO THE COMPLAINT IN WRITING BY THE DEADLINE STATED ABOVE YOU WILL LOSE BY DEFAULT. YOUR LANDLORD MAY PROCEED WITH THE LAWSUIT, EVEN IF YOU HAVE MOVED OUT OF THE PROPERTY". Now that's just slick, because if I had not filed that answer they would have filed for an eviction, EVEN if the document was not filed thru the court. Real slick, but not slick enough. Good thing I spoke with an attorney. This kind of behavior makes me want to go to law school, so I can help people against this kind of behavior. What jerks!

Mr. Hetter is a great Attorney, he is cheap and very good at what he does. It's funny when one reads these reviews, because to only ones leaving bad reviews are the ones that were evicted. He is hired to perform a service, not to take sides of person that does not pay their rent.

If Renters would only "PAY THERE RENT" on time, we would not need Frederick L Hetter. But unfortunately Renters DON'T pay there Rent and that's why a Landlord needs a skilled professional such as Mr. Hetter!Mr. Hetter is a highly skilled professional. He provides sound legal advise at a good price. If you have a deadbeat renter who fails to pay his rent - Mr. Hetter is a landlords dream! If your a landlord and you need to get rid of a bad tenant - hire Mr. Hetter!

I have had experience with both Yuan and Mr. Hetter it is a very sad situation that Mr. Hetter does work for such a deceitful, theif as Yuan. Mr. Hetter knows that he is guilty by association and it is very true that they lie to the judge , the court and the counties. Mr. Hetter also knows that Dianne Arrow Head and Colonial Court, Karen at Meadow Brook and Wonderland and Garden Park ,Evergreen Court. From the Maintenance to Managers anyone who works for this Land Lord is getting paid under the table. The incorrect tax amount if any at all may be reported to the IRS. This Land Lord breaks all the laws and then tries to play the victim she preys on the financial challenged, disabled and elderly as due the managers. They use intimidation, illegal lock outs and harassment as a guide to keep people down. They take the governments money and then turn around and evict the person. My sisters family had to obtain a lawyer so while Mr. Hetter may be a nice person he is guilty by association guess it is called selling your soul for the money. Soon they will be held accountable for the extreme unprofessional, abusive and dishonest people they are. Who will be evicted now? Look up in King County the Land Lord is being sued there and of course she has lied to them as well as she does everyone else .

His law office sucks he is un professional and he will do anything illegal with star management owner yuin to evict u even tho they don't have any valid reason too.....I hope u lose ur license

Mr. Hetter perjured himself in court on Wednesday, February 29, 2012. He stated to Commissioner Johnson that he and his client were willing and wanted to work with the Defendant, then never talked with him and immediately served him with a Writ of Restitution. He and his client made another homeless disabled vet over two months rent instead of discussing arrangements with the vet as they told the commissioner (under oath) they were going to do.

Fred Hetter is straight to the point, smart and extremely effective. He will not waste your money or his time. He is obviously highly regarded by his peers. In court, his demeanor and approach is winning.
