Stephenson High School, also known as SHS, offers a variety of academic and extracurricular options to more than 450 students in grades 6 through 12. The school has a staff of over 30 people that includes technology coordinators, nurses and teachers. Its academic curriculum includes music, art, architecture, science, biology, physical education and math. The school also conducts educational classes in English, history, civics, reading, writing and social studies. Stephenson High School offers various college and technology preparatory programs. The school is a part of Stephenson Area Public Schools, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools. Located in Stephenson, Mich., Stephenson High School is managed by the Menominee County Independent School District.
