These people came highly recommended, so of course they had to disappoint. In chronological order of things they did to deserve this rating. They showed up towards the end of their scheduled appointment time which not really enough to ding them for, but a hint of things to come. They took an extended lunch break. My property was not properly packed which resulted in damage in the truck. My boxes were not delivered to the correct rooms which most of the boxes had the room to deliver to written on at least 2 sides in large font. To resolve my property damage issue I contact who I assume to be the owner. I was told to see about getting it repaired, and they would make it right. Upon getting my main concern fixed (A $2500 speaker that I specifically expressed to them to take great caution with due to value,weight, and size), and not complaining about a filing cabinet that was damaged too in the process of damaging the speaker I called them back to arrange an agreement. I was told that they would not be responsible for the damage because we helped unload the truck and they trust their employees. So in summary I had property damaged, had to use my time to find someone that would repair my property, was lied to, and received mediocre service. I thought I was trying to be reasonable by having the speaker repaired rather than replaced as the manufacturer recommended to make the repair bill more reasonable, but I get what I can only describe as some of the worst customer service.
