DO NOT USE. Previously brought a fish from there and it was fine, great service. However, recently bought a fish, added it in with my 4 other fish (all same breed therefore safe to live together) & within days 3 of the 5 fish were dead. Only hours after adding in the new fish from J S Pet shop did my fish start to get ick on them (a fish disease).
Went up there earlier to talk to the manager about the problem. They tested my water and it was in great condition so what happened? Well apparently it is my fault that I didn't treat it but I should not have been given a fish with ick in the first place. The manager stated that non of her fish on the store have ick. Funny part is, where's the tank full of goldfish that was there the other day when we first purchased my new fish? GONE. I wonder why.. She refused a refund for my most expensive fish that was killed ($18.99) and bought from her store months back. Being a current manager of a store I have learned the price of making customers happy is better than the cost itself. I am now an UNHAPPY customer. DO. NOT. USE.

I bought 2 hairless rats from this store and they were pretty much were abused, they were in a 10 gallon Aquarium with wood shavings, rats cannot have wood shavings or they could die and they need good ventilation witch an aquarium can't do, the rats needed to go to the vet because they had a respiratory infection but they will be ok, I only recommend this place for supplies, NOT ANIMALS.

Great little pet shop. Very clean, friendly staff and a good veriety.
