The new owners that took over last November are so helpful and more than willing to take care of you! So happy with my products and the service through my protection agreement!

My wife and I had shopped for years at another local appliance and TV shop however overtime we felt that their quality of service had dropped significantly. I had bought my tools from Sears for years and we decided to give them a chance at the rest of our business. We bought several items from them including a new freezer and we couldn't be happier. We even ended up saving over $400 by comparing prices with a handful of the other big names out there. The customer service thus far has been excellent and from what I understand, the store is now under new management. So I would congratulate the new owner on turning the business around and really focusing on pleasing their customers. We will definitely continue to shop there in the future. Since our purchase, my daughter has also purchased a riding mower and a new washer set which she has had great service on as well.
