I haven't had many problems with my car collection, but when my wife put gasoline in my new Ford F250 diesel I thought I was out about $12,000. They paid for the tow to the nearest Ford dealership and covered the damage under my policy's comprehensive clause. They offered to rent me a loaner, but I didn't need it so I declined. Another time, I opened the convertible top on my Bentley while inside my garage, hitting the overhead door with the top and damaging it. I sent the car to the Bentley-Rolls Royce dealer and they gave me bad news: I had to replace the roof for $25,000.00. Shocked, I called Farm Bureau and asked if something like that might be covered, and they took immediate care of it under the collision provisions of my auto policy. I have some expensive cars, and my premiums would be a lot higher somewhere else... Same story with hail damage to my roof... they sent out a roofer, got it done, and fired off a check. Many companies wouldn't write a policy on a 10,000 sq foot home on a section of land with no fire hydrants! I can tell you from my own experiences I wouldn't do business with anyone else. Trust these people.
