Our boiler died on the coldest day in Sterling, 2/2019. Snowed more on this day than the entire winter. It was a Friday, every other place said they’d “have someone call us” except Bayley’s. A repairman was at our door within 15 minutes of our call! He gave us the expected news-the boiler was beyond repair. It would limp along befor going out completely. We asked how much it would cost to replace. He told my husband he’d call us after he put together an estimate for EVERYTHING. The next morning he called my husband with a reasonable quote. They provided heavy duty space heaters to keep our pipes from freezing. Under 2 weeks, the new boiler, copper pipes & 3 Digital Thermostats were installed. The 3 guys were incredibly professional, kind, and kept me up to date on their status! We’ve dealt with several different heating/plumbing businesses in the 20 years we’ve been here. NONE can compare to Bayley’s!

Company does work without telling customers the cost.



Called to have boiler blown out to remove vapor lock.



They left with out telling use the cost. Also, took things apart that weren't broken and was going to charge me for the extra time it took them to put it back together. As I told Mike, they didn't have a blank check to charge me what ever they wanted.



If you are doing contract work... good companies tell you the cost before they do the work.



Also, charged me $150 for a pump (exact same) that can be bought at Home Depot for $85. (Nice markup).



They get 2 stars and not 1 because after they didn't get it blown out correctly the first time, they did come back and fix it the next day.

I was honestly surprised when I called for plumbing assistance. I was offered same day service, I didn't have to ask or beg for it. In this area you usually have to wait 1 to 2 weeks for service, or at least 2 or 3 days. The technicians were at my house within 2 hours, and had the needed supplies with them. Super!!! This type of service is not common in this rural area.
