We stayed here a little while ago. Was a really nice woman manager when we went, and was helpful and kind. Enjoyed living here fine for several months. BUT when we called back to return, because we liked it, the manager (same one, unfortunately), was extremely rude and hateful on the phone. Surprised us both, (my husband & I), so went didn't bother returning. Overall when we lived there we liked it, it wasn't the cleanest place in the world, but kind managers is a big deal to us, and she was, like I mentioned, until that return call to stay. I think the oil business and money is getting to a lot of these parks, if folks don't mind me saying. At least that's what we've seen while traveling and we've been living in our RV for six years traveling the states now; so trust me, we've seen a lot. Well, as far as laundry, I don't remember, but they had a pool, but it was not our thing, management seemed to keep up with it though.

Sites are all dirt, no grass or concrete slabs and not maintained. Sites are extremely small, no room for slides or awnings. PutPut and pool not maintained or even open. Staff not welcoming.
