Took my computer to there store. I was told it had several profiles and would take a couple of days to go through it and check for a virus. It took more like a week and several calls to get it done. The 1st guy I talked to said nothing about it being too old to screw with I explained to him I was ripped of by another so called computer repair service and he assured me this wouldn't be the case. I finally got a call it was done I went to pick it up and another gentelman was the guy that fixed it. I was charged just alittle under $200 for ther service. When I got home I still had the same issues, computer slower than dirt , still would not run properly. I called the next day and was given to the guy that so called fixed the computer. I told him the problem, He immediately got on the offensive and told me it took a long time to go through all the profiles (4) to be exact, and the machine was too old to run like it did before. He then told me HE DIDN”T CARE what I thought and I again started to talk and he said are you listening ? DON'T CARE!! I then gave him a couple of choice words and hung up.

If you want ripped off go do business with them!! Too bad there are companys that charge ) and don't know jack what there doing or at least are up front to begin with.
