Sterling's Walmart needs to fire everyone who works in the photo center and walmart.com department at the back of the store, not a single one has a clue what they are doing! First time I used them I had ordered pictures offline to pick up at the store for 1 hour pickup, I did not actually go to the store for at least 3 hours after ordering them, when I got there they had not printed them and could not find my orders! I had to wait in the store and find things to do while I waited for them to print them and I didn't even get 4 of the pictures, then on my most recent visit I went to pick up orders I had had delivered site to store, I got to the counter and they had no trouble finding my first order but when I asked for my second order they said that order was cancelled and refunded, informed her that no it had not I had been charged for it and had the delivery email on my phone and showed it to her, she kept telling me over and over again that the computer said it was refunded, she called someone else over to the computer and she told me the same thing and walked away, at this point I was very aggravated, I asked her why would I have received an email stating that my order was ready for pickup if it had been cancelled and refunded to me? She told me she didn't know. She seemed very disinterested in helping me as did all the other associates working there, once she realized that I was not going to go away until they figured out the problem, she decided to look at the computer again and saw that indeed there was a order in there and it was in the back, she left to go get it, at this point I have been here for about 20 minutes arguing this with her and there is a huge line of people backed up waiting behind me because of course they did not open the second register to help anyone while they sorted out my problem, after waiting for 10 more minutes at the register she finally came back with my package! I can not believe how poorly run this department is, it is ridiculous and they should all be fired and Walmart should hire people who are actually smart enough to do their jobs and act like they care about their customers!
