This center was not bad until Mary left. The director is very controlling and lies. After I paid the registration fee, she increased the weekly fee to almost double and now will not return the registration fee. Her children are given special treatment, She is not encouraging of the children, this is a money making business for her and she lacks empathy or genuine concern for the children in her care. She either has no trauma training or slept through that class. Many day cares out there, this is one of the worst.

The teachers were great, but the management staff is very difficult to deal with and lacking compassion or patience, often too visibly for my taste. I pulled my daughter not long after doing my homework and finding a review online about all of their hidden fees (unless you want to pay $30 in tuition fees for a fleece sleeping bag with a pillow safety pinned to it, plus another $30 for a "loaner".) One other sore spot with me was that I was tired of seeing other people's children running around rampant without anyone at the front desk intervening to help them. Who wants their car scratched by a child's umbrella? NOT ME!! My daughter's new school is MUCH better! Avoid this place at all costs!!

If this doesn't convince you not to send your precious ones here, this review that I found from December 2016 describes how management also treats their staff:

Run away quickly. The owner is very controlling. She will try to micromanage you and your classroom( you can't have your own opinion) You can't leave the building for your lunchbreak which you have to clock out for. There are cameras with audio watching your every move. If that is not enough she has you clean the building daily and non stop. When children are sleeping you must wipe walls, windows, blinds, all toys and scub room from top to the base boards .( she has a checklist) Remember she is watching your every move. Your schedule will never be consistent and you never know how many hours you are going to have. There is constant documentation of the children day which you must enter before leaving for the day. She expects you to mop, vacuum (which you have to rent for $25 or bring in 1 from home) and clean 1-2 bathrooms and take out the trash before leaving. You have a uniform the cost is deducted from your pay.

I love the extended hours they offer. The staff and teachers are very nice. They offer a lot of learning activities which I find important.
