They arrived on time , very nice people. I had no problems getting an appointment . The men were very professional and very fast , got the job done quick.. I highly recommend this company.

I've used Harvey and Sons to clean my septic tanks for 39 years. They have always been prompt, courteous and professional. I give them my highest recommendation.

I wanted to have my septic tank pumped, I called Harvey and sons because I used this business before. I made a appointment and was told they would be out here on Monday morning. That morning my appointment was cancelled and I was told they would be coming out the next day weather permitting. Tuesday came and no call no show.wendsday no call no show Thursday no call no show, all the way until the following Monday in which I called and asked what was going on? I was greeted with oh your from Rochester, I politley replied no from St. Clair shores.The receptionist said oh they will be in your area tomarrow. I was unsure if this was true so I told her I will let you know if I find a company to come out before that, she had the nerve to tell me don't bother we won't come out at all! What a terrible experience with this company I wouldn't not recommend them to my worst enemy
