CLOSED NOW - Opens at 9:00am

I had a appointment to have my eye brows waxed on Oct. 5th at 5:15pm and I went they were closed and no call telling me so I could make other arraignments. I left a voice message with my name and number to call me to explain, no rely. Hours on door said there opened 9 - 7:00 pm on Fridays. Not happy and will not be going back.
