I was VERY upset with the service at this store. I have a service dog that provides me with medical alerts due to heart conditions. While shopping at this store one of the costumers HIGHLY overreacted to seeing my service dog and in doing this the manager approached me and kicked us out of the store and told us to leave because "he didn't want to lose costumers". It is FEDERAL law that my MEDICAL alert dog be granted access anywhere I go, i would have willingly stayed away from the woman who was scared of the dog and just bought what i came for, but no i was still forced out. By breaking this law this man could go to jail for 90 days and be fined $500 and in some situations both. I was very disappointed with the rudeness i received and was quite offended. I suggest that if you want Manic shoes to go else where or to the one at Oakland mall where we were openly welcomed, service dog and all.
