If I could change it to zero stars, I would. I feel it's unfortunate that I don't have a choice about the condo association that Warren City Center Square contracts with. I contacted Kim S. from accounts receivable to indicate that I have never received a coupon book for my payments. Two weeks later, she did not return my call so I called back and left another message asking her to contact me about this. She was very rude on the phone, yelled at me and accused me of lying. Each time I tried to talk, she interrupted me and said 'I wasn't finished'. I called her supervisor which is the owner of the company Greg. He took a defensive attitude from the moment I started talking to him and was nitpicking over details of whether it has been two or three years since I've had received a coupon book. He was speaking in an elevated tone and telling me that my conversation was not appropriate. He was the one yelling, not me. All I needed was my payment coupon book sent to my house and I found Greg to be dismissive and rude-certainly not customer service oriented. I felt abused by the time I got off the phone. At the end of the conversation, I did swear and hang up the phone on him and I've never gotten that upset before. Greg claims he has been in business for over 30 years, I don't know how he stays opened with the negative attitude and poor communication skills he has with residents at associations. The one positive experience I had with this company is the woman who answers the phones. She is kind, helpful, and pleasant each time I've called her.
