I absolutely love this place, they knew how to deal with my 1 year old and my 5 year old who are very busy children who wanted to run around, but they still managed to get wonderful pictures. I also love the fact that you can get your pictures that same day and they have wonderful deals. I have referred plenty of people to this place who also fell in love with them.

We went on a saturday (if you can avoid this then do, it was busy) we showed up almost 30 minutes early to our 2pm apt time, waited MAYBE 10 minutes before they called us back. They do go through pictures fast, but i was expecting that and they were busy. The staff was awesome, they knew how to make my daughter laugh (one year old) for all her pictures. And reviewing the pictures seemed like a piece of cake. I had no problem with narrowing down to the 15 out of 80 pictures i liked and spent around the same amount i would have on a free lance photographer but got my pictures in 30 minutes! I have to say though less is more when you go to this place, meaning i would stick to picking under 10 photos. We picked 15, we got a lot of free stuff, but it wasn't cheap (almost $300 when everything was said and done). I will have to say though i think the type of pictures they take at their studios are a lot better then others. At most I've been to its an average background, you pose, the photographer stays in one spot. This place really gets tons of great angles using hand held cameras, they also let you do cake smash pictures for birthday shots and all in all i was a lot happier with the outcome of what i saw in my pictures then anywhere else ( except with my free lance photographer). I don't know if a lot of other customers just have very different expectations then i do, but i think that if your looking for studio based pictures Portrait Innovations should def be checked out. I would use them again, but now i know i am only going to pick a very select few of photographs. i normally would never spend that much on studio pictures, but it was for my daughters 1st birthday (and my only child so far) so i went wild. i usually try to go in a studio and walk out spending under 100.

On time for appt. even at Christmas rush. Tooks lots of pictures. They were hard to pick because they were so good. The packages were reasonable. Thanks to the staff they were professional and easy to work with. We'll be back.

Worst picture experience of my life. Inflexible staff that insists on taking tons of pics that you don't want (won't listen when you explain over and over again that you are not interested) and then tell you that in the packages you do want you can only use a certain number of the pics you actually came in for. They are scammers, unethical and completely inflexible. I would rather go anywhere else but here.
