They changed the contract on me and took me for an extra $1250.00! I called and Viviano the owner said tough luck! Called Chrysler and they were no help.

Guess I should have did my calculations at the dealership instead of when I got home.

If you have a Sprinter van DO NOT take it here. Inventory poor at best, service, unqualified- improper diagnosis twice on the fuel filter, and twice on the glow plug controller, yet to successfully find/solve turbo / EGR problem. Uses wrong or not suggested mercedes spec oil. Unfortunately I would have thought I just had a lemon, until I went to a well stocked and knowledgeable authorized repair facility in Troy. 1 trip there and now I know what I was and this dealership was missing for the last 2 years I've been going there. How is this dealers pricing higher than everyone else's including the Mercedes dealer for parts???? I couldn't figure that one out either. Now that I have a good running truck, and a good honest Authorized repair facility I am proud to own a Sprinter again.
