Service was as it would be when your short staffed. Service was good alone with the members we dealt with.

this was one of my favorite restaurants. on 8/20/2016 me and my girlfriend were eating dinner and she went to use the bathroom. As she was using it the toilet paper holder fell and hit her in the head. we let the management know about it and they did absolutely nothing. their was a little piece a clear tape holding it on when it fell. we took a picture for proof. the manager said she put double sided Velcro tape on it witch was a lie. their was no note on the stall door letting you know not to use it.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI had a terrible take out experience a few weeks back and wrote a review about my disappointment in the service since my first time here was so fabulous. Steve the manager managed to WOW my husband and I again. Our server Kyle was so fantastic. He was energetic and really down to earth just like us. He has great aspirations in the company and I hope he gets where he wants to be. He is a great asset to your company. Steve, the manager, was also wonderful. He apologized for the incident we had and he went above and beyond our expectations. He is the reason we will be returning and informing everyone we know to stop in and see Steve and Kyle. The other manager on duty was Frank and he was also informed of our incident and made it a point to check in with us as well. I have to admit, your team in Sterling Heights made us feel like royalty. It was really nice. I wish all bad experiences could be overwhelmed with fantastic ones like this!

Everytime I go to this Friday's the food is always cold unless its Sizzling Chicken and Cheese/Shrimp and my service is always horrible. One time I went for my Birthday and one of the waitress was talking about my outfit!

I LOVE FRIDAYS, BUT I THINK THE SERVISE SHOUKD BE A LOT BETTER. THE FOOD IS GOOD BUT THE SERVISE IS BAD.

this is one of the worst restaurants i've ever been too. They have bad food and bad service. this has been the case multiple times.
