Provided by YP.comUnprofessional. Sloppy dressed employees and rude call takers. Don't call them. Trucks look like salvaged vehicles

Provided by YPmobileI needed service from my home to the hospital today and the emts that showed up were really nice and patient considering my situation. I only got one emts name and her name is Melanie. She rode in the back with me and made me feel comfortable as possible.

Provided by YPmobileDriver ran stop sign in Henry Ford Medical Pavilion parking lot, Clinton Twp. When I blew horn at him he said "don't be so hard on me", repeated 2 or 3 times , said I could tell his boss, and boss would tell me to "go jump in a lake"! He was close to road rage and shouldn't be transporting ANYONE!

Provided by YP.comLet me tell you about the exceptional care I received from Universal Ambulance. Last year when I called 911 for having a heart attack. Sterling Heights Fire Department and Universal Ambulance responded to my home. The care that I recieved in my home was wonderful Universal explained to me what was going on with me with the out most respect. The Universal crew even started the IV on me after the fire department missed three times. I think my hands were hurting more after the fire department was done with me than my chest hurt. The ambulance crew was very gentle with me when they had to carry me from my bed to the gurney. The ride to the hospital was nice and smooth and the truck from what I remember was nice and clean. The paramedic who was riding with me comforted me the whole way to the hospital. Once I got to the hospital I was greeted by multiple doctors and nurses. I just want to say thank you for the great care I received from Universal Amublance you guys are truly angels. I would recommend Universal Ambulance to anyone that I know. They provided the care I expected when I call 911 for an emergency.

Provided by YP.comMy mother Elsie, has to go from Cambridge Nursing Home - East in Madison Hts. to Eastlake Cardiovascular in St. Clair Shores twice a year. She is wheelchair bound. I have to accompany her to these appts. and have been doing this
for several years.
The nursing home arranges for transport to Eastlake and I call Universal when the appt. is finished for the transport back
to Cambridge.
The drivers are very good and courteous and friendly. They are great drivers and very helpful to mom and myself as I have a hard time walking and stepping up into the van. I would recommend Universal to anyone needing wheelchair service.
Thank you.
Debra Martin
