Provided by YP.comCAN NOT ALTER DRESSES- I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service and alterations at this store. They have a little 2 year old running around the store that will continuously walk in on you while you are changing! I had to pay a seamstress after she sewed a silver hook for a bussel on the back of my dress that looked like a spider was crawling up it! My wedding was in 3 weeks and I had to beg her to please have it done soon! She said " Oh your wedding isn't until June! I said No! my wedding is in 3 weeks the beginning of MAY!
Horrible experience please do not go here!

Provided by YP.comShowed up at 4:46pm when the store closes at 5. The owner showed us the off the rack/clearance section (where I found a dress similar to the one I was thinking of getting and it was 1/2 off!). She helped us get my 3 bridesmaid dresses too, cheaper then the other store we went to. Not once when we kept her past her closing time was she rude. I have not yet had my dressed altered yet with her, but she knew what needed to be done so the dress will fit. Looking forward to seeing how the dress fits when it is done!

But they had the dress I was looking for so went and no problem with any of the ladies that work there so glad I went . the price was right and the ladies help and made me feel like family. don't know what people were talking about . thank you vesa for your help :-)

Provided by YP.comThis lady was VERY, VERY rude. I planned to get my bridesmaids here, and ignored her rudeness when we were initially there.
I later called to ask how much a professional measurement would cost, because I'm buying a used dress online, and need to know my exact size. She asked if a was buying my dress there, when I told her no, she hung up on me.
I called back to explain i was planning on buying my bridesmaid dresses there, and was yelled at me so bad i couldn't even reply !! She then told me to "shut up,shut up", when I did try to reply, and hung up again.
I will definitely never deal with this lady again and let everyone i know the same. She also has a TERRIBLE SELECTION OF WEDDING GOWNS.. save yourself the hassle and the trip.
I'm glad I found out what a crazy B**CH she is before I committed to getting all my bridesmaids dress here !!

Provided by YP.comI went to this dress shop because it was the only one in the area that sold the bridesmaid dress that I needed for my sisters wedding. When I walked in I was a little scared about the way the store looked. It was really cramped but when the lady that owns the shop started talking to me I instantly liked her. She was very personal, understanding and knew exactly what dress I needed. I thought that she was very helpful. She reminded me of some one's grandmother. I recommend this store to anyone!!

Provided by YP.comMy fiancee called to request more information about some bridesmaids dresses. She begain to explain the dress to the lady and gave her the product number. The lady then proceeded to tell her that she didn't have time to talk with my fiancee and that she would have to come into the store because she was helping another customer and she hung up on my fiancee.
I called her back to let her know we were unpleased with her service and that we would not like to come to her store if she was treating us like this. She started trying to talk loudly and rudely over me as I was trying to explain my complaint to her and then she hung up on me as well.
I have filed a complaint with the manufacturer of the dress that my fiancee was looking at since this store just sells the dress (Jazimines Bridal). This woman has horrible customer service skills and I am very upset about the lack of respect and profesionality she had in speaking with my fiancee. We live far from this store and it was one of the only stores that sold this dress in our local area so we wanted to get more info before driving all the way there.
Please make it clear that I am 150% unhappy with her lack of customer service and will let everyone I know about her.
