Hello, it's nice to have a real person on the line to receive the homeowners call of emergence. The response time was exactly what the receiver told us. We have experienced this problem before and knew what the problem was "Tree Roots ". We needed to be rooter routed out. This company is knew to us and thought we would give them a try. The problem was their company requires a clean out that is in your yard. If you are an older home or a home on a slab you do not have a clean out. {They usually go through your toilet or vent on the roof.} It's an expense to the home owner of a couple thousand dollars. It makes it easier access for the plumbing company, and in the long run it will benefit the homeowner if you have root problems.
Therefore you are paying money for the plumber to explain their company policy.
Our service man was very professional, polite, and arrived in a timely manner. I wish I could have saved him time and myself the money knowing ahead of time their company policy.
The call receiver is not a plumber but is aware of the company policies. Please ask questions and get answers before you pay out of pocket.

I was impressed with the professional, efficient, and capable performance by Mr. Lenhart. He diagnoses and explains detailed estimates before doing any work. After I selected the work I needed done, he completed the work skillfully and in a timely manner. He had all materials needed with him. He was very attentive to cleanliness. After completing the work, he gave me information about work I wanted done in the future. He also informed me about work that I wouldn't need done. The work he did included repairing the flushing mechanism in the toilet, installing a new kitchen faucet and water shut off valves, and new traps and drain pipes from the kitchen sink to the sewer pipe. He was friendly and patient. The difficulty of some of this work was increased by the existing plumbing in my 55 year old house. I would highly recommend Mr. Lenhart. I was that pleased he would drive the 25 miles to my house and will be calling him back in the future.
