The Sterling-Rock Falls Family YMCA offers various sports, aquatics and youth development programs. The organization offers a variety of sports activities, such as basketball and soccer. It offers a program, Splash, which teaches water safety and basic swimming skills. The Sterling-Rock Falls YMCA works in partnership with Sterling Community School District 5 to offer various after-school programs for students in kindergarten through grade five. Its fitness program includes classes in yoga and Pilates. In addition, the organization offers a summer day camp program for children to enjoy the outdoors and go on educational field trips.
