I found Affinity by driving by it. I'm glad I decided to stop in and check it out, because this place is fantastic! They have a good selection of computer components on hand, including fully tested used components. Also, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and greets you when you walk in, which isn't always the case for small businesses.



I was building a "new" computer and bought a used motherboard from them which, it turns out, had an incompatible CPU installed on it. Before we found that out, the guys at Affinity were very friendly about helping me troubleshoot the problem. I tried all sorts of things, both on my own and that they suggested, before finding out that the CPU wasn't supported on this particular motherboard. When I brought it up, they swapped out the CPU with no hassle or fuss. During the process, we thought the RAM I also bought from them might be bad, so they swapped it out for a different brand.



Later on, the power supply in a case I also purchased from Affinity failed. Again, they were quite friendly about replacing it. I asked if I could get a credit on the old supply towards a better one and they said that was ok! So I did.



During the time I spent in the store, I observed that the staff at Affinity has good rapport with their customers and do an excellent job of making things easier to understand for those not necessarily tech-savvy. I would recommend this place to anyone.
