I went to the Bubbles at Dulles Town Center in Sterling for the first time. I was scheduled with Mindy, and I will never go back to her. She was rude, unfriendly, and the only time she opened her mouth was to criticize my hair. ( I thought if I were working for a tip, I would spend less time been critical and snotty and more time at least pretending I was nice). Anyway, she spent a whopping 12 seconds shampooing my hair--I don't think it even got wet all the way through--and then when she actually started to trim my hair she was yanking my whole head left and right. After a mediocre trim and a pathetic excuse for a blowdry (my hair was a frizz ball), she just walked away to tend to her other clients. I'm sure she was overbooked and brushing me off to get to her other 3 clients who were waiting.

Anyway, I can't comment on any of the other stylists, but I won't ever go back to Bubbles anyway due to her rude manner and snotty personality. Avoid Mindy if you go to Bubbles!!!!
