If you want to be comfortable and have great service, do not eat here!
If you are in it for the wings and to be loud and have fun, you might come out happy and you might not!
For the record, we had to have the manager visit our table because of the poor service and overcharging of our bill! The factory closed the kitchen on us after we first ordered our all-you-can-eat meal and they never mentioned to us (when ordering) that the kitchen would close an half-hour early.
This particular Buffalo Wing Factory in Sterling was hesitant on fixing our bill and eventually credited back a few dollars only!
A place won't stay in business long treating customers in this manner.
