Poor service for us on our laptop. Nothing was done when we came to pick it up. They could not find it. Finally they pulled it out of a pile in a messy work area, but it had never been serviced. We just took it and left. We almost lost our device to their lack of organization.

Our son knocked the laptop off a high counter top. The impact with the floor broke the hard drive. Foolishly, we had not backed up the hard drive in sometime. We lost thousands of pictures, videos and documents. To say the least, I was devastated. After a recommendation from a neighbor, we took the computer into the Computer Clinic. The cost to diagnosis and replace our hard drive was a FRACTION OF THE COST of the bigger name repair places. The guys were able to recover about a third of the pictures. I was glad to have some, but heartbroken to think I might have lost the rest. I called the owner sobbing. He told me he wasn't giving up and promised to keep working on it (this is AFTER we paid him in full). A few more days went by and I now EVERY LAST PRECIOUS VIDEO AND PHOTO IS RESTORED. He did not ask for another dime, simply issued a much-warranted lecture on the importance of backing up our files. I cannot thank and/or recommend these guys enough! You saved our memories!!
