Used Culligan of Hagerstown for 6 years and we purchased their entire water system with the Reverse osmosis for $ 8500 US Dollars. They charge you a $ 95.00 trip fee and then charge for any labor. Their customer service was good in the beginning, after their tech came out and had an attitude about the service he was providing and did not like our demeanor it all went downhill. We asked for a new tech and when he came out, he apparently spoke to the tech we had an issue with and immediately had a bad attitude, did not even give us a chance. Yes, we dealt with this for 4 years before they would give us a new tech. Culligan of Hagerstown is the only Culligan Company that comes to WV SO WE WERE STUCK WITH THEM. It seemed every time we called the office to make an appointment, Candy, their scheduling person also seemed to have an attitude and was always short and very un customer friendly. We spoke with the owner who was nice and did his best to make things better, however whenever we called them, it was the same old attitude from Ms Unpleasant Candy! Finally, they worked on our reverse osmosis system charged us an arm and a leg(our last bill just for the RO work only was.....$ 834.00. A brand new system doesn't even cost that much!!! When we called to schedule an appointment to have the unit fixed, again a crappy attitude by a different girl, we called the owner and complained and told him we are tired of being treated like crap, he immediately had an attitude as well. He would not even send someone out to fix their broken equipment and no other Culligan company would come to this area so they left us stranded with a broken neutralizer, a water softener that was not working correctly and an RO Unit that made noise like a musical instrument. We finally were so fed up with Culligan of Hagerstown that we literally had all their equipment removed and a brand new system installed. I would not recommend Culligan of Hagerstowns. Do not hire Culligan of Hagerstown.
