The company contacted me as a followup to my request for quote. I was scheduled to have Jim to perform an assessment on a particular day and time. I rearranged my schedule so I'd be home when he arrived. I received a call 5 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive, saying he couldn't come. The rep asked me when I'd be available to reschedule. I told him the only day I had available was Saturday. He said he'd call me right back to reschedule. No one ever contacted me. What a complete waste of my time. Obviously the people at this company have no respect for a customer's time. I'll gladly give this project to someone who is reliable and follows through.

Getting our basement done could have been a real hassle, but these guys made it easy. I liked that they were able to do the contractor work, but also handle the carpet, window treatments and all the other finishing touches. I was referred to Home Design Elements by my Mom, who had a powder room remodel job done last year. It was a good referral - I'll definitely pay it forward. Great job.

We had been looking for a reputable contractor to finish the basement of our home in Oakton. I talked to my Mom, who recommended Home Design Elements - they had done a bathroom remodel for her some time back. Anyway, what set them apart is that they have a design center where you can go in and talk to the designer, pick your "elements" and get everything done. That is a much different experience than I have had with other contractors.The basement now looks awesome and the kids love it. There was an issue with window treatments - they had the wrong sizes and they needed to get new hardware in order to get them installed, but other than that it was a great experience. I highly recommend them for home improvement contractors...

Home Design Elements just recently helped us pick out new window treatments for our two story window in our living room. They helped us pick a style that complimented the room, measured for it, ordered, and installed it. The whole process was smooth and stress free! We love the way it looks and how it brings the room together. They were very friendly and helpful and I can't wait to work with them again!

They did a great job renovating our kitchen. We had them replace our counter tops and our cabinets, looks fantastic! The whole process was smooth and all of their team was very easy to work with. We are now proud to have people over because our kitchen looks so good!

TireVan came to my home, on time. My new tires were professionally installed in less than an hour. Installer was courteous and helpful. Best thing was they saved me $75 vs. my previous tire store, and I didn't have to spend 2 hours at the shop. I would highly recommend TireVan.
