I selected Next Day Inspect as my realtor recommended them. I trust her judgement so I did not search anymore. Based on what I heard from friends who recently purchased properties, the quote I received seemed competitive and fair. I scheduled the appointment online with Khaled and he was very polite and friendly.

I had the pleasure with working with Nick and Bob. They did the majority of the inspection in the presence of my realtor while I was still at work. I was able to join them for the last 15 minutes of the official inspection. At the end of the inspection, before they left, Nick and Bob sat down and reviewed the summary section as well as the recommendations of repairs or items that should be looked at further. The full report was emailed to me later the same day. Since I was not present for the entire inspection, I liked that pictures and a couple of videos were included with the final report.

The guys from Next Day Inspect were knowledgeable, engaging, personable and funny. I learned a lot about my new property. If I didn't understand the initial feedback, they took the time to explain it and the process he used to arrive at his conclusion.

After the thorough investigation performed, I feel confident that I am purchasing a good property. I would recommend the Real Estate Inspection Company to others who are in the process of purchasing a new home.
