My company is using Reston Coach for airport shuttles and parking shuttles, they been great and we never had any problems with vehicles and drivers .. They are on time and friendly , therefore I decided to hire their 20 seater party limo bus for the 2015 new year eve party, the driver showed up and dressed much better than us :-) he was a gentleman with awesome sense of humor . The party-bus was very clean and new, it was fully loaded with large flat screen TV and amazing surround sound system, in fact the system was much better than the night club.. late at night the driver drove us all back to our door and did not let anyone to drive from my home since everyone lived within 5 miles radius , but he was so gentleman and so great, I never had such great services , the driver did not expect nor look out for any tips or anything, he just cared about us since we were all intoxicated, by the time everyone got dropped off, we were 2 hours over contracted rental, BUT guess what ? The manager did not charge the $375 overtime and offered it for free as a new year gift . We are so impressed with the service and everyone decided to mail tips for the driver and write their own great experience with Reston Coach.. oh I forgot to mention that my best friend used them for their wedding back in October , and they were also very happy with everything. I can say that everyone is giving them 5+ stars .. I truly recommend this company for any type event.

I hired Reston Coach last Saturday. We had over 20 people in our wedding party. Using multiple limousines & luxury executive buses seemed the only way we could transport everyone. After talking with Joanne, he had a better idea - using the "Executive Minibus". At first we were apprehensive, but after seeing the bus and the accommodations we knew this would not only be convenient, but also very "classy" and we were not disappointed. In fact, the executive bus was one of the major highlights for our wedding. The wedding party (ages 9 to 60) had a blast, and the driver was top-notch. My bride was so elated she didn't have to cram into a limo, and worry about her gown. I could write a novel stating how happy we were with our driver "John & Mike" and the entire ultimate luxury Bus and Limo staff.

Take my advice - look no further!! I researched over 10 limo & bus companies, and none of them compared to Reston Coach company. Thanks Joanne to make our wedding very memorable.

I just came across Reston Coach listing and I thought to drop a few lines and share my personal reviews to say that my company & myself been utilizing Reston Coach shuttle bus & airport limo service for over few years. We are extremely happy with the services they provide . They are very punctual and professional ... their buses and limos are late model and very clean without funky smell . Drivers are awesome... I highly recommend Reston Coach.. These guys are a great business in my book.

I would like to share my own personal experience with Reston Coach bus company which impressed me & my boss along with all other co-workers which utilized the shuttle service, We were in need for few shuttle buses to transport our staffs back and forth to and from the airport and we needed out of city bus chartering for our company outing events, conventions. Reston Coach did exceed our expectations by providing us with "the" most professional bus charter and shuttle services, their buses are new, clean, driver's are awesome, very familiar with DC area without GPS, The best part is the management, they are very sharp and on their toes to get the job done in timely manner. I hired them for my birthday and my brother's wedding. again Reston Coach did impress us with new , spotless limo and excellent driver. I do have a strong faith in Reston Coach to handle all type of private & business events.

We've been utilizing this company for almost a year to provide us with local bus charter and shuttle service for the employees, we never had any problem with the services. Drivers are always on time, professionally dressed. The buses and limos are new and very clean, therefore I decided to use them for my birthday event and anniversary. both events went perfect. the limos and drivers were awesome. I really like the management . They know how to take care of customers and how to keep them happy. I do recommend Reston Coach.

If I could give a no star rating I would. First they pick us up at the airport in a van that looks like it was just in an accident. And the paint was all scraped over the previous company logo. Than the driver who looked like he just woke up from a party, said the van was too small...said he didn't know we had luggage. Note to company, Airport usually equals people with luggage. So they increased our charge to 600.00 since THEY sent wrong vehicle. We asked Hugo our driver if it was ok to stop and get food, he said we could go to a restaurant if we wanted, but we grabbed chipotle and ate on the bus....we even paid for his meal. than we were in traffic for 4 hours due to 2 accidents and hugo pulls on the side of i-95 and says dispatcher will not let him move until he gets 500 CASH...cause we took too long and it was a pick up and drop off only...if we knew that, we wouldnt have stopped, but to stop the bus on a major highway with a disabled man, 3 children and others...demanding more money on the spot, I thought I was in a different country. We demanded he let us off at the next exit, and as we were trying to get our stuff out the back door, he slams on the gas and runs off. My friend had to jump in front of the bus as he is still driving, and another person is throwing luggage out the back. This has to be the WORST company in the world to get a ride from... DO NOT EVER USE THEM!!!

We hired Reston Coach guys for our corporate shuttle and airport transportation services. we are very pleased with the quality of service, vehicles and drivers. I hired one of their stretch limo for my anniversary few days ago, they really did exceeded our expectations. I personally recommend these guys for all type of services.

I been using Reston Coach, and they have been really good to me and my entire staff as far as charter bus and airport car services We can trust and depend on them for any transportation needs They have NOT let us down for the past 18 month now. I would definitely give them 5 star rating

We use Reston Coach on daily basis for shuttle and airport transportation since mid 2011 we are very pleased with the service. Drivers are always on time or early, the vehicles are new & clean, our executives are using them for private transportation too, they are also very happy with the professional drivers, punctuality and the new clean vehicles.

We definitely give Reston Coach 5+ stars .

I always want to be fair about rating a good or bad businesses, just because we need better ,& reliable services, if something goes wrong, they need to correct it and do the fair business practice. I have been using Reston Coach in the past few years, they always exceeded my expectation, always on-time and they did handle my last minute transportation request for my company. I always give them a big 5 STAR .

I have been using Reston Coach for my corporate shuttle service & airport lift, I haven't had any problems, but no one is perfect, every limo/bus company might run into a bad driver/ bad employees or defective vehicles, but customer service & care is the most vital part, I'm totally satisfied with the excellent work. I MUST ADMIT THAT few employees did damage the image of this company, but they have been removed long time ago. I would try them again if I were you. !!!!

We had arranged to have a limo pick up my wife's mother at 5:00 in the morning and transport her to the airport. The limo never showed. When the company was called they told her that no limo was scheduled until 5:00 pm. No effort was made to correct the problem. We were later told that the dispatcher made an error. Because of their incompetence my wife's mother missed her flight and was not able to attend our wedding.



Don't use this limo service - they are unreliable and unwilling to correct their mistakes.

I have rented limo from many different companies. they all have some issues. but I have to admit that Reston Coach is the best among all other guys out there. We had the best limo, best driver . and best price for what I got .

This company sent us the wrong car for our wedding! And they didnt even have the itinerary right so I was 45 minutes late to my own wedding. The driver was horrible and was speeding through town taking out curbs!!! I have tried calling 4 times to resolve this matter and no one will get back to me. Don't use this company!! They will screw you and they don't even care!
