Cyd Smitherman has been a licensed cosmetologist since 1989. She attended St. Paul's college from 1989 to 1993 for Business Administration with a concentration in Management.   Over the years Cyd has received Certificates of Accomplishment from Mazani Products and Dudley Products. She has been associated with the wife of one of the co-founder and CEO of Kaiser Permamente and First Billionaire Black women, and co-founder of BET, Dr. Sheila Johnson and her daughter Paige Johnson. Cyd continues to press forward in her continued move to success by expanding from a standard salon to a full service body spa in the near future. Cyd's hobby is working with the youth in local church in Herndon Virginia, where she has a ministry called Divine Expression. This is a mime ministry that ministers to local church functions, through liturgical dance and body expressions through song. I took my wife here at "Simply Heaven Saloon" for the eyebrow and forehead waxing. They did a horrible job. The beautician peeled off the skin of her eyelids. when my wife complained to the manager, she didn't take any action and told my wife to put some ice on it. The lady responsible for the incident never came forward to say sorry. I am planning to file a complain against them. I would recommend you to have your insurance ready before you set your foot inside the "Simply Heaven" saloon. "Simply Heaven" might turn your day into "Hell".
