They advertised today a remote starter installed for 99$ and free gift for the 50 fist customers (November25,2016) for black Friday... I called in as a secret shopper acted like I did not know about the 99$ add in the news paper and proceeded to ask about if they had any specials going on remote starts today and I received a price of 250$ way off the original add of 99$ not only that the unit they install works off the original remote that gives you the same range as lock or unlock on your vehicle remote you have now I asked how much it would be for a longer range with remotes and was told another 100$ on top of that price for a product that is subpar compared to others I've checked out in this industry! I called today around 8:30am the sale claimed to go on till 8am-1pm which they proceeded to tell me I will only get this deal of 250 today only for the sale and the gentleman on the phone was unprofessional and kind of annoyed with the questions I had about his products! my personal opinion these guys will take advantage of you and the fact your willing to spend as much money as you need for a sub par product that they don't even guarantee for more than a year!?! Believe me when I say your money is better spent else where with these guys.. Find some one who will give you the product that you need with a good warrantee and a good price and will deal with your questions with a friendly demeanor because the vibe I got off 427 Kustoms is that they are nothing but money sharks!!!

Obviously since you read our ad in the paper or heard it on the Radio then you knew before you came in that not all cars could accept the $99 starter. Which is why we were able to add a module to it to make it work on your particular vehicle. Would it have been better to not give you any options to make it work? We were doing our best to help get you your best deal. A little in sight on our $99 black Friday deal. As a small locally owned business we try our best to give you the best possible let price and service and still allow our doors to remain open. That particular unit costs us $60. After 4 hours of labor we break even. The $75 module costs us $53. Plus some labor. In the End we make very little money on them. We must be the worst rip off artists in the business making no money. The most the $99 unit could have costed you was $174. If you were quoted in the $300 range then that was one of our other units. We have about 50 different options.

They offered a Black Friday special price of $99 installed on remote starters. It's a complete lie. immediately they tack on another $75. with all the other charges & fees it's over $300. Deceptive business practices, bait & switch, false advertisement, I would never let these shysters touch my car. had to check a star to submit so it's a minus star.
