Provided by YP.comI have never had a bad experience at Hollywood Family Eyecare. I have followed Dr. Sullivan ever since he was located at Sears and made the leap to Hollywood Family Eyecare whenever he opened his business. I am impressed with the knowledgeability of their staff and the quality of my glasses!

Provided by YP.comVery disappointed with my glasses. One lenz is blurry, they won't schedule an appointment with their eye doctor until the end of April (even paying cash. up front). I would think that good customer service would be trying to fix a problem in a more timely fashion. This is my fault for tyring to save a buck. DO NOT PAY FOR GLASSES IN ADVANCE.
I am sorry that the experience that you received was not up to your expectation..I know that the staff and the Dr, are all committed to a great customer experience.
