Also poor service on phone. First of all, I had good service the first time I went there for an oil change and 2 new tires, back in June. Wanted to get a radiator flush & an oil change. The web site is not working, dead link. Called the 740 number no answer. Called 800 number and after 20 rings the guy answers and asks me to hold. WTF did he even bother to answer if he put me on hold. HIRE SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE! IF YOU ARE SO DARN BUSY maybe you should think about it. I might have been a return customer. I don't HAVE to travel 30 minutes to get this taken care of.

Not happy with tires purchased there will not go back

Used there service to have winter tires and rims put on my car. A short while later the front passenger side tire almost fell off. Was advised by a SAE mechanic that it was because the lug nuts where put on to tight. I called Snyder tire and was told they could not have done it they use special tools to make sure it does not happen, and was not their fault. No one else touched the car since them, they where only willing to have me bring the car to them and charge me 20 per lug nut and stud to fix it. Not sure how you get stuck paying to fix someone else���s mistake. I paid for it the first time why should I pay a second. I will say they have cheap prices but I guess you get what you pay for.
