I'd read the advertisements about this shop for quite a while before I visited it (it's about 120 miles away from my home). One half of the building is a resale/clothing place of no interest to me (looked clean, bright and well organized) but the other half - oh my!! The owner has obviously devoted a lot of thought to what makes for a succesful antique mall. It's well laid out on two levels, with a large number of sellers with a wide variety of items. One can find most anything from farm primitives to great Victorian art glass. What I really appreciated was there wasn't a lot of "junque" like most malls seem to have these days. It appears there's been a lot of work devoted to keeping out reproductions and "old looking stuff" that was just imported. The staff was very helpful and polite. Prices varied from bargains to fair - little if anything was priced out of line on the high side. I wish all antique malls were like this one!!
