One would think that when you are buying any to go container that it should be filled. For 9 PLUS $$$ it should be filled. I left thinking - wow this is light! Got home and opened the container - if this container was half full that is a stretch! I called and talked to the "manager" on duty -- if I wanted anything done I had to come back in - NO THANKS! I asked for 1/2 refund to make it right - I had to go back in to sign the slip - NO THANKS - I could come back in and they'd refund me and give me a new container of icecream - NO THANKS! What I will do is NEVER go back into Coldstone. I understand the girl may have been new - but really - that is the fault of management! What a RIP-OFF!!!!!!!!!! Beware! Belts Soft Serve is by far the BETTER choice in Stevens Point! Save yourself the trouble and $$. I tried to post without any stars - but I had to choose at least one to post! This would be a ZERO star rating if it were possible. When you pay for a product you should receive ALL of the product!
