Provided by YP.comI do not know why they advertise that they "listen" to what you want. I went there for quite some time but got so tired of being specific in my requests (the length to the 1/4 inch that I wanted it cut) and only one person listening (Judy the manager at Plover). They would measure my hair and then just cut and cut and never check it again until it was too short. Why advertise that they "listen" when obviously they don't.
